Deadlines for filing complaints with these agencies may differ from deadlines at the University of Arizona.  Please consult these agencies’ websites to identify and comply with the applicable deadlines.  

U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR)
The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) enforces federal civil rights laws, including Title IX, that prohibit discrimination in programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance from the Department of Education. U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) enforces federal laws prohibiting job discrimination.  Information regarding how to file a complaint of discrimination with EEOC can be found at the following site:  http://www.eeoc.gov/employees/charge.cfm

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
Under federal civil rights law, all recipients of NASA financial assistance are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.  Information regarding how to file a complaint of discrimination with NASA can be found at the following site:  http://odeo.hq.nasa.gov/documents/nondiscrimination.pdf
